What procedures does the studio have in place for COVID-19?

Please take a read of our policy. We have social distancing measures in place, and request you come ready for Yoga. Due to COVID-19  changing facilities are not available at the studio.

* We ask that you wear a face covering in all communal areas of the building before and after class, but you are welcome to take it off in the studio and while practicing.

* To help practice social distancing, please follow the teacher’s instructions closely when entering and exiting the studio.

* We have reduced class capacity to aid social distancing to 10 mats. We allow for 2 meters between mats ( Measured from the middle of mats )

* We’ve introduced a ‘no touch’ policy and for the time being we won’t be offering any hands-on assists or adjustments.

* We insist you do not come to class if you are feeling unwell or have a high temperature or showing any signs of Covid.

* We are a well ventilated studio with high ceilings and large windows.

* Strict cleaning procedures are followed between classes.

* Please bring your own mats and props if needed. A mat can be provided if you forget yours but you must wash it down after use.

* There are no walk ins and all students must book via the booking system on the website.

Can I get changed for my Yoga class at the venue?

Due to Covid-19 there are no changing facilities, please arrive ready for class.

Is there somewhere safe to place my belongings?

There’s no locker facilities, but there is somewhere to place your shoe bag and coat. Please bring in limited items, the studio is locked, but we can’t responsibility for any valuables or any items that you bring with you.

Is there parking?

There is on street City Centre car parking take a look here. Most of the teachers use the Ringo App, saves you rummaging around for coins.

Where can I leave my bike?


Yes we have a bike rack in the court yard. Yoga Dragon can not take responsibility for loss or damage of your bike.

Is there a lift?

Yes, though the lift must not be used in the case of a fire.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the advertised start time of a class.

What if I am late for a class?

unfortunately late attendees will not be admitted as the security buzzer will interrupt the whole class.

What if I can not make my class?

A full refund will be given but you must give us at least 8 hours notice.

When must class passes be used?

All class passes must be used with in there allocated time period! 

Can I change a class I have booked?

You may change your prebooked class up to 8 hours before.

Who can attend the Yoga Workshops, events and training programs?


Yoga workshops, events and training are open to various levels of ability though some training programs may require you to have certain Yoga experience or a teaching qualification.

Please check that the workshops, events and training you are interested in is suitable for your level of ability.

Workshops will help you to delve a little deeper into the poses and gives more time for Q&A.

Can I eat before a yoga class?

We recommend that you don’t eat a heavy meal for at least uptown two hour before your class.
